Good Guamanian dish served as appetizer or as main course. Could use hot chile pepper or jalapeƱo.
Ingredients
20-30, small flour tortillas (whole wheat) OR whole grain crackers
Directions
- In a bowl combine the chicken, green onions, lemon & lime juice, coconut, and hot pepper(s). Chill for at least one hour.
- Serve wrapped open-burrito style in tortillas or on crackers.
